Bigger Injectors? HP guess?

Bigger Injectors? HP guess?
I kinda started thinking about this one last night.
I have a fully done up motor, 355ci, turning a T-56.
The heads are all cleaned up and port/polish has been performed. Scorpion Blue 1.5 rockers and a 290HR-12 Comp Cam .510 intake and .540 exhaust.
Compression ratio hasn't changed from the stock 10.5:1. According to my builder. All lower internals are forged.
I don't even know how much HP I am going to make, I would like to guess 400ish at the flywheel. Does anyone know how much HP/TQ I can expect? I'm hoping to dip into 12's with this car.
Can I keep the stock 24lb/hr injectors or should I upgrade (No Spray... at this time or in the near future)? I have a Racetronix upgraded fuel pump that is going in to support more flow if necessary.

It was recommended by the tuner that I go with something in the 36# to 38# range. However, my builder said I should probably go with stock; that the 24# injectors will atomize the fuel better, and unless I absolutely need the bigger injector, I will just get poor atomization out of a bigger injector. This territory is a little deep for me because up until this point I've been purely bolt-on's. Any help/advice/wisdom would be deeply appreciated.
