First off what do you mean your car isn't setup for roll racing? In my area people that roll race (35/60 rolls usually) rock street tires. Gotta love visiting the bakery!
So you have two tunes? A track tune and street tune seems silly for a cam only car.
Your trap seems low also. Full bolt on car's here trap 107-111 depending on weight. You running a small cam on stock rockers? I must have missed this but what gear you running? Seems like your setup has a lot left in it imo.
That's a good time for that bolt on lt1 with a stock tranny/stall!

My power adding mods:
Cam and rockers
LTs and duals
Tune.
I said a street tune because I set my current tune to pull timing if I run too hot, my 2 day old EWP is making my car run hotter in all conditions than before so I haven't been able to adjust the tune again. It may not have even effected it. But I now have my cable to check. It's very possible I was at full timing. Also I have a tune for 87 octane and lower rev limit to run cheap gas with optimum power and to keep my bottom end happier. I have never run the 87 tune, but I have it.
My car is not set up for the cam. I'm running a small stall and 3.42s. I need a 4000 and 4.10s.
Again, my car ran 108+ on A BAD RUN at 3000'. On a nice winter night I'd be over 111. And Im not even full bolt ons. My list is my literal list. There are zero other things done. My car runs perfectly fine for what it is. It's not a turd, just hasn't had a good run at the track. In the two videos I pulled 2 and 3 cars on a 107mph (in 2000' da) car. He's got a strong well running car. No doubt.
