Possible fowled plugs?

Possible fowled plugs? I need you guys' advice,
I just installed my LT's and LM1, well I was driving the car for a couple weeks without my O2's hooked up cause I switched to Heated 94+ Sensors and had to make the harness and also wait for my sensors to come in. Well it was obvious that the car was running a lil rich from not having working sensors and the last few day I can smell some pretty raw fuel and it still runs ok but sometimes when I restart it after driving it awhile, it takes maybe a second longer to start and runs at a low 500 RPM at idle but only until I go and open it up down the highway and clear it out, it will come out of it.
So now i've came to the conclusion that I may have fowled the plugs from not running sensors for 2 weeks. Has anyone heard of this happening by chance?
Also, which plugs should I replace them with? I have Delcos in there now with probably 20K on them.

yes I know, it was dumb I just didn't have the money for them at the time.

I have stock injectors but i'm sure the plugs ares still fowled.
