Low idle and stall after warming up?

Low idle and stall after warming up? 
I've been having an idle problem, trying to get the motor dialed in.It will start and idle fine cold but then when it warms up it starts to have issues. After driving when you will come to a stop the idle speed will fall and eventually it will just die. Not sure if I need to open the throttle more or maybe close it more.
The TPS has been set, but I'll be checking that again. Again, it only does after the car warms up. I'm wondering if maybe it needs the throttle open a bit farther since it always seems to stumble when I get off the throttle.
Other than the idle issue the car runs perfect.
