Hello and thanks for looking!
I took off my throttle body and cleaned it with tb cleaner, iit was pretty dirty, but when I went to put it back on car idles at 1k rpms used to idle at 600. I checked it with tunercats software, and everything says it should be idling at 625. I've run out of ideas, my vac lines seem fine, I have an egr delete, and yes the egr vac line from tb is plugged.
Any ideas? It all started right after I cleaned tb, I even took it off again and took out the iac to clean it, still nothing.

Clean your air flow sensor too?
My shop teacher once said if there's a bunch of crap in your engine just leave it, it'll run worse without it. lol he was making fun of a rice rocket at the time though.

ok update ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
I took off my IAC for the 3rd time and cleaned it VERY well, with tb cleaner and a brush. it looks new. i also cleaned the housing where it bolts on to the tb. still idles at just under 1k.
i disconnected the battery, still the same, i wallered out the screw holes in my tps sensor to adjust it, still goes back to idling at 900-1k rpms, i checked in tunercat and my idle/inpark rpms should be 600... could my IAC be messed up?
Oh and yes i did clean my MAF and the entire intake.

Check your IAC counts. Slotting the TPS sensor won't do anything for you if it was at the correct .5 V closed and 4.5 V WOT before. If you cleaned your TB with the IAC on you may have damaged the stepper motor that controls the IAC from all TB cleaner running into it when spraying. Get a scanner and see what the IAC counts read and if they are moving. If the IAC isn't functioning correctly you will never get the idle correct.
