Default Hesitation at part to full throttle

As the title says. The car has a slight hesitation at part to full throttle at the lower rpm's. It happens for a split second then it goes away and the car accelerates normally. I have changed TPS sensor, opti, plugs, wires, fuel pump/filter and 02s. However, I tried disconnecting the TPS sensor and the problem goes away entirely. Other than the fact that the car has a SES light and a very slightly higher idle. The problem goes away. I have already replaced the TPS sensor and that did not help. Any suggestions?

what are your mods? have you done anything recently? when did the problem start?
Sounds like a spark plug wire, but you listed that you've replaced that. If you have done mods, maybe the tune is off, probably towards the richer side.. My car would have the occasional stutter before i got my PCM tuned.

Mods are as follows:

cc503 cam, 36lb injectors, 1.6rr, LT headers, cat/egr/air delete and a PCMforLess tune. I tried data logging and getting a re flash on my chip. But that didnt help at all really.

Im going with dirty or bad MAF. See this b4 a few times, and its usually the MAF if all else is good.

Id try swapping it out with another TPS from autozone. It could still be bad even though its new. Most all parts are made in Mexico/China and isnt out of the ordinary for that to happen. If your still getting the same problem I would clean the MAF like AChotrod mentioned. If still a problem after that.Disconnect MAF and see if it still does it,If not, replace MAF.GL

I'm going with Opti harness. Did you replace it along with the Opti or re-use the old one? Sometimes the connector plug goes bad; dry rotting, cracking, splitting, or just gets worn out from the heat. If that happens it can cause some hesitation due to the bad connection between the harness plug and opti.
