LADY GAGA FTW!!!!!!! Boys to Men, nsync, Brittany Spears, TLC, Michael Bolton, Whitney Houston, Dixie Chicks.....
Usually just the radio, but if it's ipod or CDs then 311, TOOL (props to ZGOBYBY for mentioning TOOL first, nothing like a little "Prison Sex" or "Intolerance" when your turning wrenches), Sublime, Weezer, Incubus, The Killers and some classic rock like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd.

Tool, NIN, Chevelle, Smahing Pumpkins, Our Lady Peace, Oleander, Collective Soul, Pearl Jam ect… Basically any rock or hard rock. I do have some good Zeppelin and Pink Floyd on my Ipod as well.
When I'm driving I usually don't listed to much other than my 9inch rear screaming behind me.

That ZZ Top song took me back to 1991 at Wrong Way Corrigan's Bar in Greenville, NC. The barmaid used to play it as soon as I walked in. Helps to be a good tipper.
I'm also one who doesn't really listen to anything but my own grunts and curses working on my LT1s. The one time I broke pattern and listened to Back Porch Music on NPR on a Saturday night, I got my head busted by a 3" exhaust pipe (see "rescued...bird" thread).
I learned to like Tool and Disturbed in recent years, and I of course get inspired by Gibby Haynes bawling out 'Jesus Built My HotRod' but I listen to exhaust when I drive my LT1s...
