96 camaro Rs cant program new remote. This guy has a problem with both fobs took a crap on him. He replaced both batteries and still nothing. Well I checked the battery and its good. NExt I pulled the radio fuse and turned key 3x and it locked/unlocked all doors and hatch. BUT the passenger door will not unlock on the 3rd try?? Why I dont know. Even I unlock it manually on the 3rd try and try to set hold both the lock/unlock buttons for 16 secs it will NOT program at all...anyone know why???

THe driver door locks then unlocks and stays unlocked!! Im sure they both need to stay locked! But I can be wrong??
Fobs dont do anything at all!

It sounds like the fobs lost communication with the car. If I remember correctly, the process is to stand next to the car and hold both the lock and unlock buttons for 10 seconds, or something like that....
