Combine this banner with flashing high beams and honking the horn and it works trust me, i just drove 300 miles today and people were getting the hell over fast. Might be because of the hood scoop though.

Ricer has absolutely nothing to do with the power output of a car.
I personally couldn't put something that tacky on my car so I could get somewhere thirty seconds earlier, I would simply leave thirty seconds earlier. Not to mention I hardly ever speed when I drive my trans am.
