brakes are funky?

brakes are funky? for about 2-3 weeks now my brakes have been slipping. this happens under heavy and light applications, seems to happen on even the slightest incline. ive checked my calipers and pads, pads are worn a little, not metal on metal though, rotors in the rear have grooves, they arent that bad though. my brake fluid is good. im not exactly sure whats going on, should i get the rotors and pads replaced? or do i need to bleed the system?

they will be engaged, regular stopping power, then the pedal will go down to the floor for a second, and the brakes will catch again.
i do have a bad tire on my right front, its got a slow leak in it, i dont know if that may also be a cause or not

I had a very similar issue, and the brake MC had a slow leak. Pedal would some times be solid and randomly give out and you would have to pump the brakes again to get it to catch. Replaced it and the brakes are fine again. Food for thought.

As far as I know, when you remove it and if it leaks its bad. Mine you could clean off and it would drip about every 3 seconds. The new one didn't leak at all lol. You will have to bench bleed the new one if you try and replace it.

well ive been meaning to do maintence on the brakes anyways, this seems to be a good excuse, if its not the mc then ill replace the pads, and maybe the rear rotors and bleed the system
