Default help choosing pistons

i dropped my engine off today to get bored, baked, and bearings. but he cant do anything till i choose the pistons... i wanted to use speed pro forged pistons but he dont think its a good idea. either use hyper pistons or ross forged. ross are expensive. are there any other good budget OFFSET wrist pin forged pistons?

cant find a flat top forged probe with an offset pin with 3.48 stroke 5.7 rod and 4.030 bore wiseco has a set with rings for 560... choosing pistons is worse than picking out a condom! you dont know what you will like and once used you cant give it back

Just get the ones that you want/need, you can deal with the wife part later.....at least that's what I did.

shes been really good about the projects before, and this one too. but she dont want to spend alot on the machine work...
arp studs 110
arp rod bolts 85
bearings 250
pistons 3-400
boring 80-100
soft plugs 20

think i passed my budget... im going to have him use the speed pro forged pistons they seem to have a good review just heavy.

Don't forget to add resizing the rods and balancing.
Mahle powerpak pistons and the Scat 6" w/ 7/16 rod would be my choice.

all the mahle pistons i could find only had a centered pin instead of offset, yeah the bearings are a little overkill, i just figured they would help with longevity of the engine.
