yes it does have a small exhaust leak at headers

This is a problem...your O2's are sensing that fresh air and is falsely telling your PCM to dump gas to correct it (false lean). Get new header gaskets ASAP. And check your coolant sensor too. (Headers are a pain in the ******* ***...I've also had leak issues )

Update. Changed temp sensor,coil pack and reset PCM. Cranked it up and was backfiring and running very rich. I unplugged the MAF and it ran 98% better no missing or backfiring but was running rich. Plugged it back in and started running like **** again so i left it unplugged. So im thinking i need to take a trip to the junk yard for a MAF.
