I ran the Fel Pro 1074's for years with out a failure @24 lbs.+ of boost . The new setup is using a MLS's as we are looking for much more boost this go around.

You should fairly easily reach your intened goals . Good Luck!

u running the turbo thats in your sig? i dont know much bout those pistons, but not a fan of mahle. but other than that i think the head gaskets combine with a stock casting head would b a problem before anything else. and i dont think you will need 25psi for 800 either!

I hold 25psi on an 88mm turbo in my 6.0 with a similar build. Its terrifying to drive.

Sorry for the lack of update.... The PT88 is no more.... the thrust bearings went out at 7lbs and dinged up the compressor wheel and housing... Im in the market for a PT 7675 Billet wheel. I think itll still make 800 but will spool alot quicker. Heres a vid of the run before I noticed the "ting ting" of compressor blades hitting the housing.... It made 550hp at 7lbs
