need tpi to lt1 swap help i have a 91 305 tpi camaro i need all the help i can get like wat all i need besides motor harness and all the front setup....

Check out thirdgen.org like mentioned above. I will say that your best bet it to buy a complete donor car for the swap. Swap all the parts you need, sell what you don't need, and scrap what you can't sell. It is an easy swap.
I put a OBD1 LT1 in a 92 Chevy pickup last year. Ill look if I can find the site I used, I retrofitted the truck and motor harnesses. The site had a lot of wiring diagrams needed for this.
I've never seen anyone do it, but before my 89 Formula 350 got creamed by an oak limb tossing tornado.....I was going to swap to an LT1 this way and it would be almost as easy as swapping in another tuned port motor:
1. Modify the LT1 intake to accept the rear mounted distributor.
2. Bolt the LT1 long block complete into the 3rd gen engine bay.
3. Install the TPI distributor and remove the opti-spark...plug the hole with the GM part made for LT1 carb swaps.
4. Use the orignal TPI wiring harness and ECM to run it.
I have seen several LT1 swaps into former TPI cars and never realized why they went through the trouble of swapping the wiring and computer. The LT1 needs the same stuff to run as the TPI. Any sensors that might be different would easily swap right over.
