despite whats been posted avoid a dynomax bullet dumped at all cost! with or w/o gutted cats it sounds like sh*t cruising like and even worse when you back off and engine brake it. I know its on my dd, it sounds good at wot but its really annoying at all other times.

Cut out is the way to go. Order from summit, no more then 40bucks depending on size piping you have. I had one with my cat on still and it sounded awesome. Took my cat off and it sounded even better. I get compliments on my exhaust all the time. I love the way it sounds....
I've seen a few people take the factory muffler off and replace it with a piece of straight pipe, an elbow and a turn down. It actually doesn't sound that bad with stock manifolds at cats, and won't drone in the car like a dumped bullet would.
