Default New 355 LT1 MAF top end problems

I just got done putting together a 355 LT1. It is all forged I stepped up from a. 225/233 cam to a 23*/23* type grind along with 200cc LT1 heads. I also run 200+HP of NOS. With the previous 350 and the same setup the car sucked in almost 1000 CFM via a GM tec 2 scanner pulling through 4th to traps on NOS. New setup runs fine until top of 4th on NOS when it posts an ses light with a P100. We clear it and car runs fine. Question is do I get a new SLP maf w/ 100 more of CFM. Disable the MAF in tunercats? What do I do please help, kind of perplexed..

So what your saying is to run the car in open loop all the time, or just disable it at the track for nos. I would still like to use the maf as the car does see some street time. Big HP LTs let me know what u guys do, looking at several possible solutions but all involve keeping the factory computer and tunercats.

SI tuned my car to run in open loop all the time...most the dash lights are pulled since most of them are on all the time anyway.

Stock ECU?
