Default crankshaft turned counter clockwise

I was trying to perform a cylinder leakdown test and had a buddy helping me to find TDC. I had him turn the crankshaft. Well, apparently there was some confusion as to the difference between clockwise and counter clockwise and he turned the crankshaft counter clockwise quite a few 1/4 turns before realizing what he did. what are the possibilities of what could have happened as a result?? what should i do to fix anything that got fucked up?

are you sure?
id imagine somehow the timing would be fucked up, or it would have messed up the engine balance
why would haynes put in the book to never turn it counter clockwise?

It doesn't matter. Besides, south of the Equator engine's run counter clockwise, so it's all good.
