An adjustable torque arm and lower control arms with relocation brackets are a good start. Subframe connectors too. Might want to look into some shocks depending on what you wanna do with the car also I have QA1 adjustable ones in the rear of mine. If the car is lowerd you will need an adjustable panhard bar too.

Couldnt have said it better myself. Shocks will make a hell of a difference on riding, but theyre usually a little pricey. Id get SFC first, then LCAs w/relocation brackets, and finally and adjustable PHB. Also if you can find a cheap strut tower brace, get one. Some people say they dont feel a difference, but I felt the car turn a slightly better.

The single best suspension modification you can add is a stickier tire, hands down. Most people don't consider it a suspension modification, but you can add all the LCAs, torque arms, subframes, etc. in the world but it won't do you any good if you're running on plain jane street tires.

True tires are a great choice but Sfc are much better IMO and could net you .3 and Lca are great as well. But you don't need am ajustable panhard rod.

You gained 3 tenths from just installing sub-frame connectors? Just curious.

There is no way SFCs alone can provide you with a .3 gain, neither will LCAs, or the two of them together.

Before suggesting parts, what do you want to do with the car?

Weld-in subframe connectors, control arms, and relo brackets are a good place to start. If you plan on lowering the car, you'll need an adjustable panhard bar. It won't help your launch, but it will allow you to recenter the rear end under the car.

Personally, I wouldn't spend big money on a torque arm unless you're gonna be doing some serious building and running very fast times. I run a stock torque arm, all I did was swap out the old rubber mount for a polyurethane one and I'm very happy with how my car launches. Same thing with shocks like QA1's, yes they help and they're a great product, but you won't need them unless you're going to be very fast and competitive.

Also, as nice as subframe connectors are, there's no chance in hell you'll gain 0.3 in the quarter. Maybe 0.03.

Do what RamAir95TA said and get some good tires, then start with the small stuff like relo brackets, lca's, and subframes.

Yes my car gained .3 when I added SFC to my head and cam car. I already had LCA on the car. Now my t tops don't pop out either anymore.

That's a new one on me.
The only cars I've seen POP t tops out are sub 10sec cars, and there is no way ur transferring that much energy to the rear to net 3 tenths. I'm thinking u may have learn to drive a lil better that time around

Car had a turbo 350 with trans brake and 3800 stall, had a moser 12bolt with 3.90 gears. I will say I gained a solid. 2-.3 from the SFC give or take a tenth. I could tell a huge diffrence in the chassis after the install just driving around town. My buddy hawk gained .2 from his connectors as well. He even said that his car came out of the hole much better with the boxed connectors vs the tube he had prior on a diffrent car.

Car may have gained .3, but it was not attributable to the SFC...

I'll give u that the cars do feel a million times different driving them.....but if that's what u think did it, its pointless to argue.
Either way they're a good mod. I just don't agree with the et drop

For what?

I used to use Spohn for everything, but UMI seems to have taken the lead in the quality/customer service department IMO.
