High idle

High idle Hey guys need a little help. After my car is up to temp and i try to restart the idle will go up to 1500 to 1700 and slowly come down. It doesn't do it alot but it is annoying waiting for it. So i took a can of carb cleaner cleaned the IAC hole and she runs alot smoother now. I thought it might be a slow IAC...resetting itself maybe, i replaced it 25k ago, any thoughts thanks.
Vacuum leak. Check intake gasket, TB gasket, PCV lines, Brake Booster lines. If you rev the motor to like 1500-2000 does it hang and take forever to come down? If so, then almost certain you have a vacuum leak.
