I think it will be fine. Just let all of it dry out really well like everyone said, youll be good to go. Change all the fluids that could be corrupted. Its not like it will hurt anything to change them anyways.

Replacing the u joints is not really a must do... , they should be packed with grease, grease is not water soluble nor will it wash away easily .I had plenty of fun in water and mud with 4x4's and their driveshafts ... Driveshaft ujoints didn't fill and go out that easily.. I wouldn't say " you must replace" them
