lt4 question are these any different than lt1s in reliability? do they also have the "opti-spark"? is there a remedy so this will not be a problem?
i'm looking at this motor for a swap (thinking 240sx but can't get over how uncool most imports are and 3rd gen rx-7s are expensive) how is the aftermarket for these?

The LT4 is basically to the LT1 what the LS6 is to the LS1. Heads, cam, intake manifold are different. The LT4 is much more expensive, I think you'd be better off just purchasing an LT1 and stroking it up for your setup. If you decide on the 240SX, PM Aries, he has an LT1 240SX car.
Edit- Yes, they do use an Opti-spark, but it is vented. Vented optis have much less problems than non-vented.
