Default New project: 95 Trans Am. Track times?

Hello, all! I just picked up this 95 TA and I was wondering what kind of track times I can expect out of it. It has a couple of hop ups listed below:

-Powerdyne SC

-Hedman shorties

-Borla Catback

-3.73

Also, I'll be converting it from an auto to a 6spd manual. What kind of 1/4 mile times can I expect out of this heap? Are 12.80-90s reasonable?

That powerdyne is what 5-6psi? Your likely putting out 360-380rwhp maybe if its tuned right. you should be easily in the mid to low 12s. Dependings how it hooks who knows it might hitoff a high 11.

if you have suspension to put it down, low 12s should be easy.

It supposed to be the base kit which is 5psi?

The car is just lowered with no real suspension mods. I was thinking that maybe some drag radials would be enough. Well I'm hoping to get it fired up this week as the car sat for a long time and both fuel pumps are dead.

Skip the shorties and go longtubes and ORY. Then lca's, relocation brackets, phr, and torque arm so you can keep the power to the ground. Then some nice drag radials or slicks to be able to hook.

ALl the items listed are already on the car. Unless I can sell one of my other projects, the current engine parts are staying. Which brand suspension pieces are are decent for the $$$?

Ive ran a BMR torque arm. It was top quality. I was gonna go with the UMI but after looking at the ends on both of them I went with the BMR.

LOL! It's currently parked in a dirt field out in the country. 3-4 days of sitting and I can plant some seeds on it! I will definately post some track results once it's up and running. I have either Sac or Sonoma raceway (2hrs+ north) to get some results. In the mean time, I have two fuel pumps to install in 98 degree heat and I need to pull apart a Z28 for the 6spd swap.

Here are some more pics. Yeah, my bro was bashing on me to let him pick this car up since I'm a Mopar man myself (he has some too). Anyways, he has a 2000 SS and he wanted to part this thing out. I figured I'd give it a shot, fix it up, and see what she can do. I guess those wheels are something special since every person that has seen the car has drooled over them quite a bit.
