Default Need to switch possibly 4 bolts on intake. Gasket change?

These two bolts on the intake might need to be switched but I'm not sure. The taller one looks like it needs to be switched to the left cause it seems to line up with the steam pipe that goes up the side of the intake. Looking for a pic on google and my service manual says nothing on what arrangement these two should go in.

These two I just flat out made a mistake and I was looking at shoebox's diagram too. My question is, did I fubar the gaskets or should I be ok with the swap?

Truth be told unless you're looking at keeping all of the factory accessories it doesn't really matter which bolt goes where. I changed out all of the fasteners for 12-point stainless 3/8" bolts with no studs on top. But if you insist on changing them just remove one at a time then retorque all of them in sequence.

Personally though, for my OWN peace of mind and given where you are in your build I would just change the gaskets. It's just 12 bolts...

Well I have to use the steam pipe but not sure if the longer bolt is needed to secure it. If not then I'll leave it.

Don't know which accesories you are talking about but the EGR system is gone. I had the back of the intake permanently shut.

The smaller one is for the steam pipe, the alternator bracket is too big to fit on the smaller bolt. The steam pipe is aluminum if I'm not mistaking and can be bent easily when taking the intake on and off. I have to slightly bend it to get it to slide over the bolt.

Edit: Just looked on drivers side and none of the bolts with the extra threading hold anything specific on, maybe because I do not have EGR, but I would say you should be fine on the drivers side as well.

The taller bolt holds the alt bracket so it stays there.

just swap the bolts. the gaskets wont have a clue as long as your pulling 1-2 bolts at a time.

Then you don't need to swap the bolt for the stud. The stud would be for the EGR solenoid. If it's gone then don't worry about it.
