I made the tool with the socket cut and welded to a piece of band iron, made it go much easier. I had to cut them in half inside the door to get them out, or you can use a hole saw at the back of the door (under the lock and latch). I saw where someone also got them out through the gromet at the front of the door for the wires but it looked like a PITA. Took be maybe 3 minutes to cut with a cutoff wheel. With bolts I think mine were 6-7 pounds per side, the door definatly feels lighter now. Total time was about 3 hours including pulling and replacing the door pannels.

i not online much at all. i going testing on sunday. only the second time out for me this year, lol!!! make some motor passes, dial in tune. maybe turn on the plate and work on that tune up.
next year i put a motor gear in her and see how far into the 9's this nitrous bullet goes!
