It's different, and it varies from Province to Province. Also depends on the city. Where I am, it's strict. They have programs that pull over modified cars to check for emissions equipment. Missing cats: $365. Each. It's not fun.
Yep, got the header paint. Was either going to go with POR15, or Eastwood. I'm guessing that VHT is no good.
I do have to pass sniffer, so I got the O2 extensions. I also bought 2 cats, so we're in business. I went with all GM gaskets. Hope it works well.

BTW, just in case you don't know, AND if you have a 1993 car: If you live in Ontario and you have not renewed your plates, go to the registration office and tell them you want to buy a new set of plates (around $40) then tell them you want to renew for TWO years. You will not have to do an emmissions test. I just bypassed the test this way.
There was a change in the law this year that makes this possible. I still have a spun magnaflow cat and exhaust on my car and a 503 cam with headers. Ontario's test is fairly permissive, but all the components must be there.
