Default Rear end shift?

I've been taking extra looks at my car and noticed the rear end is shifted about 1" (give or take) to the drivers side? Anyone else have that? Normal?

I was reading up about if you lower the car, it has a tendancy to do that, but mine is @ stock height? What is a panhard bar? I read that its used after dropping the car to adjust the rear end so that it sits in the middle.
Do i have an issue?
Any help?

It's normal for lowered cars...you can adjust it to center with an adjustable panhard bar like you mention. Maybe your springs are sagging after all these years?

So maybe new springs and the adjustable panhard bar to make the most of it?
