Fuel Enable Malfunction?!?! Code 46 - also IAC, completely stumped
Fuel Enable Malfunction?!?! Code 46 - also IAC, completely stumped i popped a head gasket about two weeks ago. got the motor all back together and now i'm getting code 46, says "fuel enable malfunction"
when i start the car up and put it in drive, about one out of every three times it will drop down to ~400 rpms for a couple seconds then just die. then i can start it back up and it will run fine.
also pretty much everytime i slow down to come to a stop (once i get under 15-18mph) the rpms will drop and it will want to stall but then the rpms will jump back up and it never completely stalls.
had my scanner and a fuel pressure gauge on it today and noticed two things.
when it starts to stumble, rpms drop, and it stalls the fuel pressure was dropping to 0psi on the gauge, the second the motor died though the fuel pressure would shoot back up to 40psi.
while the motor is running it'll hold a constant 40psi, 45psi with the vaccum line off the regulator. it's a walbro 255 pump from the racetronix kit
also i noticed my iac started at ~120 then once the car was warm and in closed loop they dropped to ~80-85. i'm running a professional products tb with a hole drilled in it. i made a fairly "small" hole because i didn't want to go too big. i'm running a 224/224 .563/.566 114lsa cam, should i drill it bigger? or could my iac just be bad?

Drilled the iac hole a little bigger, can't remember the size off the top of my head, I can check when I get home from work but it dropped the iac to ~65 at idle on my scanner
