Default Header question's

So I'm putting pace setter LT headers on my 97 TA. The two question's I have are, can I put the driver side in from the top and do I need to remove the steering rod??

I had to unbolt the steering shaft to install my pacesetters. I went in through the bottom with the drivers side though. Where all of the primarys come together at the collector was too wide to slide in from the top.

Default Headers

Did you unbolt the rack from where the two shafts meet?

Yeah, I unbolted it where the two shafts meet. This left the top shaft where it normally sits and allowd the bottom shaft to be moved out of the way.

I have the Pacesetter LTs and I love them. The only issue I have is changing the #6 plug, as I don't have that shorty SP socket from SLP. I had to loosen the header to get it out last time.
