idle drops when pressing clutch

idle drops when pressing clutch car is 1994
some weird symptoms in the car...
# 1
when I slow down for a speed bump , I put the gear in neutral to downshift , the idle sometimes goes too much low which cause the car to shut off !! and sometimes it stays normal and nothing happen.
# 2
when the car is idling I can notice little flickering in the lcd display and interior lights and sometimes I notice the voltage drops for a second and goes back to its position.
any help

When the car is idle and the voltage drops on its own does the engine run worse? or stays running fine for the the moment it drops off ? sounds like the alternator maybe going bad . If you did any work under the hood make sure your grounds are hooked up .
