stock s10 8.5", spool, 33 spline axles and waiter for it.......STOCK gm 3.42 gears!

Its bending the axle tubes on it though. Im going to build a fullsize truck rear end with larger diameter axle tubes and brace it up off the rear diff cover this winter hopefully.

Impressive that it holds all that power. Don't they come stock with leaf springs and drum brakes too???

Race weight with me in it is 3500lbs

It did come with leafs and drums and it still has a leaf spring on the back with caltrac bars. Drums have been gone for awhile now. It has willwood 4 pistons all the way around.

man that compartment is tight, had to get rid of the wheel wells. Probably not an issue in Texas. I put your pics in the post directly, easier to see instead o attachment...

I was on the fence on coming this year then a few weekends before I broke the stator in the converter and smoked the trans so that put it out for this year. Maybe next year. Is it always in Kentucky? My tow vehicle with truck in tow gets 9 mpg! That's a hell of a gas bill on a 1500 mile trip! I'm just a poor boy playing a rich mans game.

That's bad-***.. them Caltracs work, I was told to get them for my S10 and I've seen them in action on may leaf setups. I'm not as setup like that..but they work good on the street.

That's got some weight to it..I figured it'd be a little lighter.

It'd be a good race against the guy that holds the stock 5.3 bottom-end record..it's in a S10, Turbo, Powerglide..yanks the tires up going into 2nd and runs 8 something..
