Both of them are fckn insane tho..one hell of a ride in something like that..not a whole lot of wheelbase for stability..

Im not sure I will be invited back next year! They didnt want to give me the prizes either. The other truck tried to burn me down on the tree and the starter called off the pass because i was on the trans brake for 9 seconds, the lights came down and the other truck went anyways. The sponsors wanted to call it a draw because of that, the track officials told them to rerun the race and they had to get in the lights first and the other truck ended up red lighting. I ran a 9.1 and they ran a 9.3 on the last pass. the other truck was a 2000ish fullsize with a 441ish lsx with alot of nitrous on it. there was another truck there that was faster then mine, he broke the input shaft on the trans on the qualifying pass though. it was a 30s truck with a inline 6 with a 80mm turbo, ran 8.70s@155 the day before. Very nice truck and nice guys to talk to.

Some people are sore losers..there is a local track here that is the good-ole-boy system ****..

I wasnt allowed to run in the EFI class cause my 1995 Camaro wasnt factory equipped with a LS Engine..I had a 402 LQ4 in it at the time.

I dont know what the difference was between that and a factory LS1 F-body considering I used the LS K-member and Steering setup, including the Brakes..but I didnt give a ****..what goes around comes around.

damn an inline 6 running quicker than your LTx or that monster nitro huffin LSx!?!? I would love to see more details on that truck. I've always wanted a 30's chevy step side and in blue too.. I think I'm falling in love

It isn't hurting for sure! It ran the same 8.80@154 the first pass, I added 1 degree of timing across the board and it went 8.72 8.75 and 8.72

on leaf springs too! It only 60fts 1.33-1.35. I wish i could get it out of the hole alot smoother

damn man. you have a killer truck. you got to make it out to the ltx shootout next year. It pays out even better then that event. and its a hell of a time. your truck would probably steal the show and be right up there as one of the fastest ltx's in the country
