cam help!

What would make a cam journal look like this? would you use this cam in anything?

This an lt4 hotcam i recieved today

that thing is pretty beat, I wouldnt risk using it... get your money back if possible.

or sell it to LTX, he could use that thing for his highspeed cruise.

ROTFL, Youse guys.......I dunno about ya' all. But no, do not use that unless you'd like a pretty lamp for your workshop. Take a wooden base, drill it for the cam journal, put a lampshade on it and there ya' go.
