That's one hell of a race. You ran out the gears in your A4 w/2.73's and got her into 4th? When I use to have the stock 2.73's in my old hot cam'd engine with 6k shift points, 3rd gear went all the way up to 140 mph (3rd to 4th up shift). Assuming your car shifts at the factory (5700?) setting you still must have been going 130+.

If you only end up doing one future mod swap those factory gears out for some 3.73s. You will never get caught in the wrong gear again.

PS - I think OD sucks no matter what gears you have in the back.
