Thinking about getting a weekend 383 LT1
Thinking about getting a weekend 383 LT1 Hey everyone, I've been out of the fbody world for a while. I've been looking to get another fbody again, but I don't want a high mileage LS1 and I don't want a low mileage LS1 for close to 20,000$. So, I found this car

Any thoughts or comments about it? I'm just going to use it as a weekend/male genetalia measurement device lol. I know a little about the 306 cam and it gets dogged on a lot, but would it serve my purpose? I know the price is a little high, but I'm going to negotiate it with the seller. Thanks for any advice

Its a nice build thats forsure, That eagle crank hurts my eyes, but the rest is well done.

Looks like a nice build on the ebay car. Has new paint updated front end. Its had to say to how nice something is only going by pictures. If I had a choice between the ebay car and ramairs95 Id go Ramairs. For his asking price I think its more then fair. Gotta admit I know its the wrong way of doing it and lots of ppl have had no problems running them that way, I dig the way the exhaust looks under the axel on the ebay car. Makes me want to run true duals

Verdad Gallardo Its kind of a no brainer here, get a car for more money that will probably end up with a 2 peice crank,and you know nothing about it or its owner, or get one thats cheaper, and has proof of what it can do, along with countless posts on a site to refrence by the owner to see what life the car has had.
10s, 9s, whatever, the number doesn't interest me much anymore. Those days are gone, unfortunately. It was a 10-year project - it's time for another!
