What can I expect?
What can I expect? Just finished purchasing all the parts to mod my 93 Z, thanks a lot to all members and vendors selling parts here. I have a 70k mile LT1 A4 with 3.23 gears, a K&N cold air kit and a magnaflow catback. My list of winter mods is:
LT4 Hotcam kit (including all gaskets and timing set)
SLP stainless mid length headers and y
PCMforless chip
2800 Mild edge converter
160* thermostat
MSD cap and rotor (with vent hoses)
UMI subframe connectors
UMI lca relocation brackets
Spohn tubular lca's
Spohn STB
BMR adjustable panhard bar
1LE front sway bar
1LE aluminum driveshaft
Strano springs
Bilstein HD shocks
18" zo6 wheels w 275/35/18

How much rwhp could I expect with this setup, and will I be able to get in the 12's with this combo? I know the gears are holding me back some, but I'm not ready to do them yet. This is just a weekend toy, not a road racer or drag car. I just don't want to be embarrased by a new V6 Camaro!

Got a good deal on the stall from another forum. Only heard good things about the slp mids, and I wanted to keep emissions and the ground clearance with them. Thanks for the reply
This is pretty much my exact setup I had in my last car minus the suspension. I had 410 gears in the rear and it was a redlight killer. I never got to run it at the track though, but I killed lots of mustangs and a turbocharged Integra in it.
