Well I didn't get a start up video but she finally runs. It's was so nice to have her move under her own power. Although I have some questions. First it won't usually start on the first try and the ac works but not on the vents just on defrost and feet. Any idea why this is?

Sounds like a vacuum leak, check the lines.

Maybe I just didn't think of a leak cause it's blowing strong everywhere else?

The vacuum is what makes the AC vents change from floor to dash or whatever, their default position is defrost/floor. So if your not getting any vacuum to the dash the AC will always blow from there.

The pcm still has to relearn and it may take a couple tries to get it so it knows what its doing.
