ok thanks now what about roller rockers like 1.6s my dad seams the think he can get say 20 hp with then
+1 for changing the springs with rockers. IIRC, most people see around 5-6rwhp with 1.6 RR's. For an easy to find, cheap upgrade on the springs go with GM LT4 springs...you can pick them up for around $50 at a dealership or about $30-40 for a set online.
HOWEVER, while these springs are a great upgrade for just 1.6rr's, if you plan on going any further with the heads, i.e. porting/cam ect. you'll need something beefier than the GM LT4 springs.
