93 LT1 paperclip. What codes are these??

Default 93 LT1 paperclip. What codes are these??

So I did the paper clip thing and my car entered diagnostics mode. So after the SES light did the flash...flash flash thing, it flashed 4 times. THen it paused. Then it flashed 6 times. Those are the two codes I got. My question is what codes are these? I can't find a table or chart that tells me how many flashes and what code it is.
I'm glad it threw codes though, now I should be able to figure out what it is.

Code 12 (ECM ready), then, sounds like code 46. "VATS pass key circuit fault."

Long flashes are tens, short ones are ones. 4 long, 6 short = 46.

they were all the same length. It was "flash, flash, flash, flash. Pause.. flash, flash, flash, flash, flash, flash." It repeated 2 more times which is because it repeats the codes.
So I"m confused...because the car is running terrible and VATS doesn't sound like it would cause it to run bad...

How would a problem with the VATS system cause my car to run like complete ****?

yeah I did what it was in the above diagram. It did the entering diagnostics sequence, and then flashed those codes.
My problem is that the car just runs awful. It idles rough, it has lost a lot of power, it doesn't run smooth, it just runs like crap. It has long tubes and non heated o2 sensors, so I thought maybe my o2's are shot. But i"m not getting any codes for o2 sensors. My SES light doesn't come on while driving either.

ok, there is no code 40 or 60 so maybe it's code 64 instead of 46, which would be O2 sensor lean indicated which would make the car run bad, whether a real lean condition from a vacuum leak, weak fueling, an exhaust leak fooling the O2, or bad O2 sensor.

Alright that makes sense, because car is running very weak. I'm going to take a vid of my car being driven and see what you guys say. I might pick up a fuel pressure tester as well. Code 64 does make a lot more sense...

***UPDATE***
Well I went out to start my car and it would stay running, it would start, and then die instantly. I gave it gas and it would run, but it wouldn't go above 3000 rpms. It just dies and barely starts.
Sound like a fuel pump?
I think I may have found my problem
