11.5 mpg cam/stall/3.42/custom tune car. Where to start? This is horrible. Could it be in the tune? The car has never gotten better than 200miles/tank in the city, but I just got 160. I can't deal with this anymore.

WOW, thats way low I'd be pissed too. My vette pulls down just short of 20 in town with the mods in my sig. What stall you runnin, 4500+. LOL Basic tune up plugs, coil, wires, air filter and injector clean with O2 sensor change. **** a new fuel filter sounds like fuel delivery is not your problem. Good luck

I just checked the mileage on mine after having to dd it around town for a couple of weeks. My mods are reasonably similar to yours - cam, rockers, small stall, shitty tune, but with 3.08s. I ended up getting like 10-11, but I think it's as much my driving in the car as anything else. If I drove like a responsible person it would get 15-16 probably.

I had this issue but worse (140 miles per tank 
) with my cam only car and it's a 6 spd....turns out the spark plugs were fouled, changed them and picked up a ton of power and got 190 miles per tank.

Check basic tune up stuff first then move on to O2's and if that doesn't help then it's time for a new tune. I get that with my stroker around town. The first tune I had though absolutely sucked donkey *****. It was so bad it would foul out plugs in 400 miles and O2's in 600. I went through 3 sets of plugs and 2 sets of O2's before I said FU to the old tuner and went with a madtuner tune. Now it runs great and gets at least 12mpg around town messing around and 19 hwy on a 383 A4 with 3.23 gears.
Welcome to the world of owning a cammed, stalled and geared LT1. I get like 150ish miles to a tank. I get 19mph on the highway if I keep my foot out of it but around town I get about 10.
