K&N fipk kit

I was wondering does anybody know will this kit fit with the stock trans am hood? Or will i have to have a ram air hood? Thanks

Fits in the same spot as your stock intake, any hood will work

I tried editing the post but my android will not let me. I have a lt1 car and am wanting to put the ls1 kit on mine. So will that work?

If you have a ws6 ramair Hood you can use the complete Lid, shroud assembly. I just listed the upper shroud in the classifieds for sale....

I dont have a hood. However, i was planning on buying one when a couple of days ago something flew up and hit my passenger side ground effect and it tore it up pretty bad. So now im not gonna have money for a hood.
