97 Z28 Fuel line/ evap routing to tank

I'm trying to reinstall my fuel tank, and I can't remember what lines go where. Can someone post a pic or diagram with the proper routing of the lines? Thanks

For clarification purposes, I'm just looking for a diagram or picture of the lines coming out of the fuel tank and where they connect to.
