Which header gaskets to use with Pacesetter LT's? Searched...
A die grinder with a carbide bit will make short work of those ports. Either that or a finger belt sander. Definitely pays to have the correct tools.

I used the best bits that were available... I tried 5 in total. 2 made for "hardened steel bulk removal" (my ***) and 3 different metal "bulk removal" stones. It all just worked like ****. Now the headers are in place, but not fully bolted in.... If you were me, would you take them back out and get those welds grinded down, I mean do you guys think that's going to be bad running them like that?
Also what am I supposed to say to Pacesetter about the welds, that I want another set? If I get another set I get to wait 1-2 weeks having my car up on jack stands, and I'm sure they are all like that with the shitty welds. It's bullshit.
