Default Window Weather Stripping

I noticed that the weather strip that runs along the top of the door/bottom of the window pops up and out when i raise my window. Like the clips arent grabbing the inside of the top of the door. Is this a fixable problem, or do i need to replace the strip?

They seem to be a little tricky to deal with. You can have a look at it, but the integrated clips might be shot. A new wstrip may be what you need.

The clips are rusted and it doesnt take much at all to get the strip to pop out. they practically do it on their own. Anyone have part numbers on these?
