Is this a lifter tick? 95 camaro lt1 with a slight ticking noise from 1000-2200 rpm. its coming from the number one intake/exhaust area. but in the mornings when ever i start it up it seems like its louder then when its 160 degrees or higher its slight unless your ear is by the valve cover. could it just be the rocker has slack and the polynut on it is bad or is it something more? Im hoping that its not a lifter but if it is is there any additive i can use to hopefully fix this problem?

Only one way to find out for sure and thats to pull the valve cover and check it. Might even want to do a cold start up if thats when you here it with the valve cover off. Double check to make sure you don't have an exhaust leak first.
