94 formula issue

94 formula issue I purchased a black 94 formula m6 about 4 months ago for $1500 with the intention of fixing it up over time, have been dding it. The PO replaced head gaskets and car still got hot so they decided to sell it. Put a tstat in it, replaced both fan motors that were locked up and bled the coolant right and hasnt got hot since, have 6-7000 miles on car since purchase. I have been viewing this site frequently and decided it was time to join, now for my current issue. Lately, the car will start, run and drive fine, i know it needs plugs/wires and will be doing so in the next few days. When I shut it off and go in somewhere for more than say 20 minutes and come back out and start it has absolutely no power above 1500rpm and misses terribly above that, and after 3 minutes or so it goes back to normal. Any help will greatly be appreciated.
