Im using these springs with a lot more aggressive cam. They should be fine for that cam with 130# of seat pressure.

You can reuse your stock locks and retainers. Lloyd Elliot recommends them for mild cams.

Theres also people using the Alex Springs kit with success. They come with locks and retainers but arent electro polished. I really wouldnt be surprised if they are the same exact springs. Most manufacturers buy from the same factories.

I think you better pass on those springs in the ebay link, unless you can actually get a set of them in your hands and see what they really are. Because you sure as heck can't tell from their description:
"......They also work on the 350 LT1 Vortec heads......This is a custom kit that uses the original OEM GM hi performance ovate wire beehive springs that are used on the Corvette Z06 405 HP LS6 engine....."
WTF?? ....whoever wrote that description is clueless!
If they fit Vortec spring pockets, then they won't fit LT1 Aluminum head spring pockets, although they would fit iron LT1 heads.

Lloyd recommend the 98445's for my cam. I purchased locks and retainers. It was $164 shipped. I have a LE 226/232 .576 .571 110.

I just put a hotcam in my engine last week, cars in storage till spring so I haven't had a chance to drive it. For now I'm staying with the stock stamped 1.5 rocker arms and I installed the lt4 springs last fall. If when I start driving it I have issues with this setup or I decide to go to 1.6 rockers I'll upgrade to better springs. The cars a toy and I don't mind working on it. The lt4 springs on the stock cam got me 1 mph more at the track over the 117k stock springs.
