Alright, so it sounds like the next step would be to pull the throttle body and see if it has those extra holes you need to block so all of the idle air goes thru the correct port.

That's actually a very good point cause I was running a Nitrous works plate and switched out to a Nitrous outlet plate prior to this problem appearing. thanks for the suggestion, I'll pull it apart tonight give an update.

Have you checked the back intake manifold bolts like mentioned above? I just pulled my intake and was shocked that half the bolts were finger tight.

Could the 6 and 8 injector connectors be swapped?

At first glance it appears 05HD is the winner.. Lol. I eliminated my nitrous outlet plate and my short term trims dropped to +\- 3% on bank 2 from + 12%. Pulse width dropped to 4.2 ms on bank 2 while 1 was at 3.9 ms. Long term dropped to 7% from 25% but I'm sure the remainder of the fix will be in new oil, plugs and potentially the o2 sensor. I ran the Car for 20 min and I even noticed when I brought the rpm up to a steady 2k, I was getting a lot less popping/ back firing out the exhaust.

Thanks everyone for your help. Now I don't feel Like selling it or throwing a LS in it.lol. I normally don't get frustrated but this was throwing me a curve ball thanks to aftermarket crap. Time to modify the plate and tb

So cylinders 2 and 4 were running lean and the O2 sensor picked it up and added fuel to the whole bank which made cylinders 6 and 8 run rich, correct?

exactly! This is why I love the LT community. I know Alot when it comes to repairing cars but reasons like this is why I will never claim to know it all.

Hey, I mentioned the TB issue in post #9!

Not to be petty, but I demand 10% of 05HD's victory winnings, so long as the victory winnings are jelly beans.

It is always easier to give useful advice when the person with the issue has some know how and provides a good description of what is going on! Also, there is always next week to throw an LS in when the opti starts acting up, lol.

Alex94TAGT- You can have some jelly beans, you typed a lot more than I did.
