LMAO....every other manufacturer calls their "flow boosters" airfoils. Back in the day TPIS claimed their airfoil added 11.8 RWHP 
Which is highly questionable...that said I fell for their gimmick and bought one way back in 1997. It can't hurt other than lightening your wallet of $25.

Reduces turbulence of the incoming air charge and supposedly increases intake charge by 30CFM....it's also supposed to increase throttle response. (You will never feel any of this.) It is also worth noting that EVERY aftermarket throttle body has one already built into the design; take a look at a stock TB and and aftermarket one....so there has got to be some gains to them or manufacturers wouldn't incorporate them into every throttle body made.
