should I get a new radiator?

should I get a new radiator? Just bought a 95 T/A a few months ago, and the coolant looks like brown rust. Thinking of buying a new radiator so flush and start with a new system, should i get one with aftermarket fans? If so what is the best size fans to get? Or should i just stick with the stock fans? thanks

If you find that the radiator is too clogged to be restored by simple flushing, then chances are the heater core isn't too far behind.
But personally, if there are no leaks and no overheating issues, I would just flush the system and see how things go.
