Kooks?
Just received my kooks headers today for my 97 TA, they look great. The kit came with new header bolts, not to sure if I want use them, they look to small! What is a good set of header bolts to run with kooks?

It was a PITA for me to unbolt the exhaust manifolds with the crappy bolts i had, so imma buy some ARP bolts when i put my headers on. Hopefully theyll be easier to remove if i ever have to remove the headers.
Post some pics of your Kooks.

I used 1" long breslin bolts... never wanted to deal with header bolts backing out again.
Tightened them back up after a heat cycle and locked them with the internal allen and have been leak free ever since. Just make sure you get bolts that are 1" long no-matter which bolts you decide to buy, because the thick flange on the Kooks headers leaves very little threads with the stock length bolts.
Oh yah... I have the stainless Kooks 1-7/8" stepped on my 97 Trans Am.
